A: We prefer 3D CAD data in native formats (e.g., CATIA, UG NX, SolidWorks) or standard formats like STEP (.stp). We also require 2D drawings with critical dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.

Q: How do you ensure the mold produces parts that match the desired surface finish?

A: Surface finish is critical. We precisely machine or EDM texture the mold surfaces based on customer-provided master samples or standard texture plates (e.g., Mold-Tech standards). Pre-production samples are always submitted for visual and tactile approval.

Q: What is your mold warranty?

A: We offer a standard warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period or a given production shot count (e.g., 1 million cycles for core/cavity steels under normal operating conditions). Specific terms are outlined in our project agreement.
