The injection molds produced by our company mainly include the following types:
Three-Color Mold
These precision tooling solutions enable the creation of complex parts that combine aesthetic appeal, ergonomic performance, and structural integrity-eliminating secondary assembly, painting, or bonding processes.
Two-Color Mold
Two-color molds (or two-shot molds) are advanced injection molding tools used to create a single plastic part using two different colors, materials, or textures in one production cycle.
Advantages of Injection Mold
Low Cost
When selecting a mold for use in different industries, it is crucial to make an informed choice. To ensure better cost control, mold production material should be carefully considered. So that the attention to the cost of the injection molding processing mold can be managed effectively.
High Quality
Injection molding processing molds are widely used due to their high quality. The process is simple and does not involve any complicated operation, which ensures that there is no internal stress and guarantees the quality and sturdiness of the product during use, and makes the production structure of the product much more stable, ensuring the safety of use.
More Flexible
Injection molding processing molds are versatile in their overall structure design, making them suitable for various industries with differing structural needs. With just one set of molds, it's possible to alter both the material type and product color.
Environmental Friendly
Sustainability has always been a concern of society, so when a product is developed, it is considered in terms of environmental protection. Injection molding is not only efficient but also environmentally friendly, as the parts used for testing or discarded can be recycled.
Automotive Industry: It is utilized for the manufacturing of durable, precision parts, including dashboards, lighting components, and under-the-hood applications.
Medical Sector: Employed in producing medical-grade components that require strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
Consumer: Goods are essential for creating various household items, toys, and other personal-use products that demand quality and reliability.
Packaging: Used in fabricating packaging solutions where strength, clarity, and flexibility are paramount.

Materials for Injection Mold
Tool Steel
Before starting the injection molding process in small or large batches, a CNC machined tool with high tolerances is necessary. Tool steel is the most commonly used material in such cases.
Stainless Steel
Steel and stainless steel are the primary materials used to create injection molds, but their manufacturing costs are quite high. As a result, these molds are generally reserved for large-scale productions.
Aluminum
Aluminum molds are a cost-effective alternative to traditional steel and carbon steel injection molds. They not only cost less but also provide faster cycles and quicker turnaround times, which is especially useful for testing markets.
The Injection Mold Making Process
Step 1: Concept and Design
The mold-making process begins with a detailed concept and design phase. This involves creating a 3D model of the part to be produced and designing the mold based on this model. Considerations include the part's geometry, material, and the injection molding machine's capabilities.
Step 2: Material Selection
Choosing the right material for the mold is critical. Common materials include hardened steel for high-volume production and aluminum for prototyping or low-volume production. The material must be durable and capable of withstanding the repeated cycles of the injection molding process.
Step 3: CNC Machining
Once the design is finalized, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is used to cut the mold components with high precision. This step involves milling, drilling, and turning to create the mold's cavities and cores.
Step 4: Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is often applied to steel molds to enhance their hardness and durability. This process involves heating the mold components to a high temperature and then cooling them rapidly to achieve the desired mechanical properties.
Step 5: EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
For complex geometries and fine details, EDM is used. This process uses electrical discharges to erode material from the mold, allowing for precise shaping and finishing.
Step 6: Polishing and Surface Treatment
Polishing and surface treatments are essential to achieve the desired surface finish on the molded parts. Techniques like grinding, honing, and coating are used to ensure the mold surfaces are smooth and free from defects.
Step 7: Assembly and Testing
The final step involves assembling the mold components and testing the mold to ensure it meets the required specifications. Trial runs are conducted to identify and rectify any issues before full-scale production begins.
