Capabilities
We focus on injection mold engineering, manufacturing, and validation. From design feasibility review to mold build and T1 trial validation, we ensure tooling readiness before delivery.
Engineering and DFM Analysis
Before tooling starts, we conduct a full engineering review based on customer 2D / 3D drawings. Part structure, parting concept, demolding, and ejection feasibility are evaluated to identify potential risks early and reduce rework during mold trials. When needed, mold flow analysis is used to optimize gate locations and cooling efficiency.
Mold Design and Tooling Build
Mold design is developed based on part geometry, material behavior, and production stability requirements. Tooling design includes mold base structure, cavity layout, gating system, cooling channels, and ejection mechanisms to ensure reliable long-term performance. In-house machining processes, including CNC, EDM, and wire cutting, support high-precision components. Critical features and functional assemblies are controlled for dimensional consistency and stable fit.
Specialized Tooling Expertise
We have extensive experience in advanced mold configurations to meet diverse production needs, including hot runner systems, insert molding, overmolding, multi-cavity molds, and multi-shot tooling. For multi-material applications, we support 2-shot and 3-shot molds to achieve stable material bonding and repeatable cosmetic and functional performance.
Validation and Support
After assembly, every mold undergoes technical validation. We verify surface quality and dimensional accuracy through T1 trial results, which serve as key evidence for delivery readiness. Technical support is available for follow-up adjustments throughout the mold lifecycle to ensure the tool continues to meet production standards.
