Compression molds are one of the most common types of molds used in home appliance manufacturing. They are primarily used for manufacturing metal parts in the home appliance manufacturing process, such as compressors for refrigerators and washing machines, and picture tubes for televisions. The molds used are often complex, split-cavity parts, requiring high-precision machining and characterized by durability, high strength, and high precision.

Injection molds are another common type of plastic mold, widely used in the home appliance manufacturing industry, such as for manufacturing appliance casings and remote controls. They offer advantages such as high molding efficiency, short production cycles, and long mold life, and can achieve complex shapes and high-precision molding.

Stretch molds are mainly used for stretching plastic products in home appliance manufacturing, such as food storage containers and bottles. Stretch molds are difficult and costly to manufacture, but they offer high-precision molding, aesthetically pleasing products, and the ability to create complex shapes.

Stamping dies are mainly used in the manufacturing of thin metal sheet products for home appliances, such as refrigerator doors and washing machine casings. They offer advantages such as simple manufacturing processes, low cost, and high production efficiency, enabling high-volume, high-precision forming.

Core-pulling dies are generally used in the manufacturing of home appliances for processing parts with complex internal cavities, such as the inner pot of a rice cooker. They feature high forming efficiency, high processing accuracy, and low cost, and can achieve the processing of complex shapes.
